CORS works for one route but not another when using app.use(cors(myOptions)) about cors HOT 5 CLOSED

Hi @grofit. Any chance you could post a reduced version of your app that shows a reproduction as a gist or something else that I could run locally?

Unfortunately that is no easy feat as its quite a big project, I can try to isolate the problem in a new project or something or at least cut out the company specific code and see if I can get you something tangible to work with. I was just hoping someone may have seen this before and I could go off and change something and it would work :(

I am so sorry, appears I have wasted your time.

Turns out the POST request was at some point refactored to be a PUT request, but then it was agreed we would just stop using PUTs and opt for POST for both creation and updating. However the call in question was never reverted, and I am sure there will be other instances of this.

I only mention this so incase anyone else has this issue they can verify that their request type is correct and within the bounds of the configuration.
