I applied a patch using this pull request symfony/symfony#27776 but maybe it's better to downgrade using the conflict in composer.json

downgrade to 3.4.11, fix comes in 3.4.13 whenever they decide to release that.

Best is to just set conflict in composer.json like we do as of in 2.2.0:
