Re-opening, as it's still not working. I think I'm going to need some help working this out, as this was my last-ditch attempt.

Our current understanding is that we don't require travis-ci to have push access to any of our github organizations.
For now, we intend to depend on github to store source-code, travis-ci.com to report build results, and AWS-S3 to host the web-site built from our code.
