Hello,
The flt file gives the center of gravity for the peak in 3D over the image stack. You also have columns for the minimum and maximum omega (etc) for the bounding box of the peak in 3D. There are some dated notes here, I assumed you are looking at the "merged peaks":

The 2D peaks that are on each individual frame without merging are in the spt files. These put the omega in the header block so it should be the same for all the peaks on a frame.
