Focus

The way to be efficient with a project is to identify the best idea and really focus on it. I think the best idea is the Conference/Workshop. Such an event would have several benefits:

1. Help lay down the project requirements
2. Get NGOs onboard
3. Get visibility

  • first we would need to do basic interviews to get a feeling for the topic and problems
  • based on the findings we organise focus group (moderated conversation between charity representatives so get in depth info and opinions on topics and to understand their problems/challenges)
  • questionnaire (based on this group dynamic conversation between potential customers/experts in this case we can make a proper questionnaire, get answers from a representative sample that will help us make a specification for our product)

Hi. I am in now. From where to start?

Hey @AshrafNassef, welcome. We came to the point where we figured out we need to get more information about how the charities work, what is their experience/opinion on tracking their donations and other info that would help us understand the "market" better.

So, do you have any resources to get the insights we would need? We will get back to brainstorming soon, but currently Alex (@serapath) and I are finishing the concept for the Grants for refugees so after that we go back to this idea. But first things first :)
