I uninstall AutoROM and download roms by manual download
then reslove this bug on windows https://blog.csdn.net/weixin_42662776/article/details/128514253

I am completely new to Reinforcement Learning and tried installing Gymnasium to set Breakout environment and the wheel for this library just won't build. I'd like to know when this is resolved.
