I found the release note related this change.

In the release note, they mention

The Env.step function returns 5 values instead of 4 previously (observations, reward, termination, truncation, info)

From now on, I will follow the new convention, 5-tuple instead of 4-tuple! Thank you so much.

I leave this issue open just in case. Please, close the issue if you want.

Hey, like @helpingstar said, this repository is no longer maintained, as Gym is not longer maintained and all future maintenance of it will occur in the replacing Gymnasium library. You can contribute Gymnasium examples to the Gymnasium repository and docs directly if you would like to. If you'd like to learn more about the transition from Gym to Gymnasium, you can read more about it here.
