The link 'What's this help button' doesn't go anywhere

I'm responding to this issue as indirectly I will be addressing the "?" or What's this on the dialog window title bars of the tool dialogs. The "?" is created by default and you either have to add the help info, or remove it manually in the class file that creates the dialog form. It can't be disabled in Creator. By default I will remove the "?", unless someone wants to write a set of What's this tooltips for what are pretty much obvious tool dialogs.

The link 'What's this help button' doesn't go anywhere

Just a bit more clarification of what the "What's this - ?" button does... it's not meant to GO anywhere. What it does is toggle the tooltip mode of the widget / action that has focus from a simple tooltip to a much larger tooltip. Which you can do anyway by using HTML in the tooltip - so it's kinda of a pointless confusing annoying button. About the only good use of it is if you need to have a widget display different popups for different regions of the widget - something we will probably never need to use. ?'s begone.

So... I'm closing this issue - feel free to reopen it if it deemed useful.
