On first model:

@JsonProperty("property")
@JsonDeserialize(as=ArrayList.class, contentAs=ModelTwo.class)
  private List<ModelTwo> modelsTwo;

On second model:

@JsonCreator
  public ModelTwo(
      @JsonProperty("id") int id,
      @JsonProperty("name") String name) {
    this.id = id;
    this.name = name;
  }
