Would be possible, the problem is, this is used to identify the the profile as far as I remember. That means, if you pass a different name to sigh, it will create another profile, instead of reusing the existing one.

Maybe you can also add an option like "replace existing or create a new one". But I think it's not a big problem if it will create a new one. It's exactly what I need :)

I forgot to update this issue, this is now possible:
-n, --provisioning_name STRING The name of the profile that is used on the Apple Developer Portal (SIGH_PROVISIONING_PROFILE_NAME)
