[Question] Renew developer account about sigh HOT 11 CLOSED

I think throwing an exception and presenting a screenshot of the screen which tells you to renew the account is a fully valid handling of this case, don't you think?

I agree that screenshot and exception is pretty valid; my comment was more in the line of if it was worth to code the renew developer account exception to be used instead of the credentials exception.

I'm happy to support this. Right now, my developer accounts are not expired, so I can't develop and test this functionality.

I get the expiration as soon as it expires and once it expires you can do nothing with the developer center except for renew the subscription; thus this:

Couldn't be possible; unless I'm missing some kind of "interim" message before completely expiring

So the account actually expired (it's not about to expire). You have no way to access the developer portal, right?

He's talking about the about to expire message a month before the account expired, right?

Yeah that's what I meant; I got the expired message not the about to expire.
Can't contribute with that since I don't have an account that's about to expire; only this one that's already expired.

When its about to expire does it show an interim message before proceeding to the Developer Center ?
