Add option to hide the Transpoter log about fastlane HOT 4 CLOSED

I'm 100%, be transparent is required and cool ;-)
But hundreds of thousands of Transporter outputs is not digest.
Just an option to hide the debug logs (or an option to set the wanted log level) will be cool.
Maybe let the default behavior to be 100% transparent.
But definitively, be able to change that is worth the 3 lines of code to add to Deliver ^^

There is a new option:
hide_transporter_log which will be in every new Deliverfile, by default only commented out.
