I get a similar issue. My mails are copied to the processed folder rather than moved. I'm running imap through to an Exchange server...

One possible cause may be lib/fat_free_crm/dropbox.rb:157 which marks the message as read '[:Seen] rather than a deleted flag. However, I've not used net/imap before and when I changed it to [:Seen, :Deleted] it didn't work for me... Could possibly be a exchange server setting too?

I agree, great project!

As far as we are aware, this is still a bug. @cskoglund, did you have any luck fixing it?

I am afraid not as it is currently just a cosmetic problem. I may take a look at it later, but my poor coding skills means I have to allocate quite some time to do it :/

On a side note, we moved to a new server but the problem is persistent.

It's worth adding that fat_free_crm master branch has moved on from ruby 1.8.7 to ruby 1.9.2 since this issue was raised... we should check to see if there have been any underlying changes to the net/imap code and see if this issue still exists.

@cskoglund are you running master (rails 3) or rails 2 version of ffcrm?
