Better File Format about conexp-ng HOT 4 CLOSED

Note that there should not be a need for a dedicated XML parsing library as, apparently, the Java standard library as of today is well equipped for this task.

As a side note: there are quite some file formats for contexts and the most important that should be supported is Burmeister's cxt Format. You can try https://github.com/exot/conexp-clj/ to see which other file formats could be an option. Before we invent yet another format, we should look at existing formats and in particular discuss this with the community.

We agreed to reuse ConExp's cex format with a few additions. Apart from preventing the NIH-syndrome this also gives us backwards compatibility. As DavidBormann found out, our enriched cex files will even be read by ConExp. The additionally saved data is ignored, of course.
