dist/folder. That's where the favicon is. -

Seems that only Edge don't work, firefox, chrome is ok.

The eye to hide password also don't work when create a new user

Password reveal is set to work like this on purpose because of the strange browser autocomplete behavior which cannot be disabled.
If this input field was set to correct type 'password' then hiding will work as expected but the browser will autocomplete this field for you, and you could accidentally change the user's password on the 'edit user' form.
I'm not sure how other apps handle this, someone should investigate this further or propose a different solution.
