Create a DG maven archetype about datagenerator HOT 7 CLOSED

Now that the project is organized into modules, you can add the archetype as a module (dg-archetype-default). We may have additional archetypes in the future for other architectures, right (dg-archetype-hdfs?)

After discussion with Yuriy, the archetype will use the example code. So I will migrate the examples as modules first.

Created archetype for nocondition. Mapreduce is brocken now (#99).
Added scripts with examples of installing and using in 'archetype' folder.

Thank you @yukaReal . I think we would also want to build and deploy the archetype to Maven Central ourselves. I will take a look into that process.

Looks like we still need some work here:

1. Static files are inside the archteype.
2. Users have to run a script to build from source instead of from maven central

For now, should we de-scope this from the v 2.0 release? (Originally targeted for end of September)
