Hi
Feel free to edit yourself the content. When you use MageSetup it generates for you the text in your CMS static block and pages. You seem to have an old version of the module because I do not find the text that you mention however the principle is the same.
In your case you need to copy the imprint CMS page into a new imprint page and set the store view to "english". you will have also to set the original one to the store view "german". In both case, keep the url key as "Imprint".
If it has not to do with the imprint page (as I told you, you seem to have a old version, so I'm not sure how it was done before), you can also take a look into the CMS static block. The solution is similar.
