Problem is related to HVAC. With only normal vents, mass balance for trace
species is fine. With high HVAC flow,
balance is fine. With lower HVAC flow, mass balance is missing about 1/2 the
mass. Changing HVAC flow from
0.038 m^3/s (as in submitted test case) to 1 m^3/s makes simulation work.

Initial fix posted as revision #41. Needs to be tested to be sure fix is the
same
as original test version.
