For now, the best option is to try and get URLs from their original source. For example, on the PDP article I'm working on, I'm just linking the image back from the original cross the road electronics web page. If this is not an option, I might recommend people use imgur.com or some other free, unrestricted image uploader until a more permanent solution is found. The main issue I find with imgur is that it's usually blacklisted on most school networks, which is a problem with a school-focused website such as this. We might wish to go looking around for not commonly blacklisted sites that we can point people to upload images to.
