FEATURE - [Allow to Combine Multiple Xero Companies] about dbt_xero HOT 4 CLOSED

Hi @tconticello thanks so much for opening this feature request! We included a similar feature to our Shopify dbt package and have a good roadmap of what it would look like to integrate this feature into xero.

Our current sprint just started so we will most likely evaluate this feature next sprint. I noticed you mentioned you would be open to opening a PR! If so, feel free to refer to the updates we made in this shopify_source PR and this shopify PR for what the feature would look like.
