That's a good suggestion.
It would be interesting if we could assign the functionality of the buttons the shortcuts of our election.

+1 to this. One feature that I really liked on ShareX was that I could configure it so that on capture, it would automatically upload it to imgur, copy the link to the image into my clipboard, and save a copy of the image in an archive folder, without displaying anything past the capture gui. It would be great to be able to set up something similar.
One possible way to configure that would be to have, in addition to the upload/save/copy buttons in the capture gui, one or a few (3?) configurable "custom workflow" buttons that could be set up in the gui, with a bunch of checkboxes for each, selecting the actions each of these preset buttons would do.

Okay I believe all these issues are resolve don master.
- Delay was added in 0.8.x with the launcher.
- Hotkey support was added by namecheap and merged to master (unstable)
