Linux : `./Flaxeditor -new -project "whatever"` creates subdirectories with truncated names and terminates silently (if path contains UTF-8 chars) about flaxengine HOT 3 OPEN

Unable to reproduce on an Ubuntu VM. Can you share any screenshots of the created directories? Also, you can pass -std to the binary to get logs printed to the terminal. Share those too.

As mentioned into #2187, this bug is also related to utf-8 character into the path. (I was testing Flax into the Downloads directory which, in French, is named Téléchargements on Linux Mint).

So, here is what works :

• ./FlaxEditor -new -project project_name (without quotes)
• ./FlaxEditor -new -project "project_name" (with quotes)

And here is what still bugs :

• ./FlaxEditor -new -project ./project_name
• ./FlaxEditor -new -project "project name" (with a space)
• ./FlaxEditor -new -project "project\ name" (with an escaped space)
• ./FlaxEditor -new -project "éléphant" (with quotes and utf-8 char)
• ./FlaxEditor -new -project éléphant (without quotes and with utf-8 chars)
