Hmm interesting idea...
I do think this is too niche to be added anytime soon and would increase the complexity of setting up the card (one more field people don't know what it means in the ui editor).
For that reason I'm not planning on adding this anytime soon.
I would suggest creating a template sensor that resets the power value to 0 when another sensor has some state (in your case is not_home) and sets a very small value (1W) when the sensor has another state. Then only show the individual when power is over 0
from power-flow-card-plus.
