get rid of MOpt.transpose about smm.jl HOT 3 CLOSED

in other words, in most cases my model produces a dataframe like

moment | value
-------|------
alpha  | 0.2
beta    | 4.2
...

but in iteration ix I want to append

iter  |  alpha   | beta 
ix    |    0.2     |  4.2

so i have this strange transpose function in the testobjective, that takes the transpose of the first dataframe.

sounds good. but i think that it can take a dataframe is important. you don't want to write

setMoment(ev, {:m1 => moments[1], :m2 => moments[2]})

for 50 moments. :-)
