What npm version are you using? Can you try upgrading to the latest npm / node-gyp?

I'm not seeing anything hubot-flowdock specific in the error log. It seems like a compatibility issue with npm and buffertools on your system (the node version in the log seems to be 0.10.9, which could have something to do with the incompatibility).
Also, have you created the hubot using hubot --create BotName command? After that you should only need to add hubot-flowdock to your generated package.json and run npm install to install all the dependencies at once.
