Hi @alexdean,
Sorry for the delayed answer.
We had some hassle around Hubot's Flowdock adapter, but just now everything should be in place and working.
The things you need to do to install hubot are:
- Download and extract the latest Hubot from https://github.com/github/hubot/downloads
- Add Flowdock dependencies and configure environment variables as explained in https://github.com/github/hubot/wiki/Adapter:-Flowdock
npm installand run the bot
Let us know if you run into other problems.

Which versions of hubot and hubot-flowdock are you using? Due to the hubot API changes, you need to have one of these combinations in order to avoid compatibility issues:
- hubot-flowdock 0.3.0 => Hubot 2.3.x
- hubot-flowdock 0.2.5 => Hubot 2.2.x

I have fixed it now by createing own bot "-c" and now it works.
