Apologies that this is so vague :)
I'm using Hubot 2.6.3, flowdock 0.5.1, heroku, and node 0.10.21

By looking at the stacktrace, it seems like the Flowdock API request fails. Can you recheck that the credentials supplied in the environment variables HUBOT_FLOWDOCK_LOGIN_EMAIL and HUBOT_FLOWDOCK_LOGIN_PASSWORD work?
Authentication failure is the most common cause for this stacktrace, and I think we should handle it more gracefully. :)
