ok after reading the error carefully i realized that i have to fire doctrine:update (maybe this should noticed in the package readme).. however -> now i have another (old) problem.
If i move text elements (for example) via drag and drop in the structure three i got:

this happens not every time but i can reproduce it by moving 2 text nodes very fast (behind each other).

No doctrine:migrate involved here, the search is based on SQLite (as the error message shows). My guess: no index exists, did you run nodeindex:build at least once?

Cant't tell. Had this problem in a neos instance i do not serve and support anymore. Sorry.
