@moffatman Really? I wonder if it's because that change started returning NO from canPerformAction (code).

@hellohuanlin that sort of solution might at the very least break developers' ability to override the cmd-V keyboard shortcut in their Dart code.

I think just fixing canPerformAction will be good on its own, it will enable use of the shortcut actions

I dont know how the keyboard gesture system works here, if we say canPerformAction:YES to paste selector, will we get the key presses in framework, and paste in engine at the same time?

It looks like Flutter might consume the key event. I see that the TextInputPlugin is a secondary responder to keyboard events (code). I'd have to try it though.
