gradleVersion variable not found after gradle migration about flutter HOT 4 CLOSED

Could you share the sample project? I checked this using the same AGP, Gradle, and Kotlin versions but couldn't see the issue.

I've created a sample project and switched back to the latest Flutter stable release (from an older version for another project). After switching back and forth between Flutter versions, the problem seems to be solved.
Maybe there was a problem when switching between Flutter versions?

I don't think it's a proper workaround for this. I guess it's a network issue. Perhaps Gradle couldn't be found/downloaded the first time but it's good at the second time after you switch to other Flutter channels.
