@hrithikm2cd I see that you have used bloc and cubit community package implementation in your code. We need minimal reproducible code sample without third party packages in order to properly address the issue, so please provide the same to check if the reported behavior still occurs only using framework code.

I implemented a workaround solution to tackle this problem by assigning a ScrollController to the CustomScrollView and whenever the SliverPersistentHeader would hide, I made the scrollController animate itself to it's original offset. This fixed the problem as this approach rebuilds the listview.
