I wasn't able to reproduce your issue, but I think I've figured it out. Were you using a specific version or does your gemfile point to the switch_user repo ? Just want to figure out if I need to cut a new release. Thanks for pointing this out.

Thanks for confirming that. I've pushed a fix up to master and it would be great if you could give it a try. At any rate, I'll cut a new release later today.
