Compile under OS-X fails: rt and -static option not required about dsf2flac HOT 3 CLOSED

Thanks for the report. I've just been reviewing the code and I can't work out 
why Rt is needed, dsf2flac compiles on Linux fine without it too. I have a 
feeling it is required for compressed dsdff files so I don't want to remove it 
until I can check.

There is certainly some usage of librt because if I compile a dynamically 
linked executable (as you are on OS-X) then I can see librt in the list of 
dynamically linked libs (using the command "ldd dsf2flac")

Anyhow, thanks very much for this. Please could you download and test the 
attached CMakeLists.txt and test on your system (works for me on Linux).

Also, could you do me a massive favour and send me a copy of the OS-X 
executable as I don't have one available on the site and I have gotten a couple 
of requests.
