I would consider this, especially in conjunction with #100, if:
- It adds some noticeable value to use the declarative syntax
- Does not introduce new complications, which are more hidden in a declarative macro than a builder based variant (i.e. on face value declarative may be worthwhile to reduce boilerplate, and support common CLI use cases, but if we were to stray but a bit to far of the path supported by the macro, the declarative syntax may actually become a burden as it may lack flexibility over the builder solution; NB: haven't looked enough at the declarative syntax to make such a judgement).
- It does not noticeably add to the fresh and incremental compile times.
