Ryan, I tried copying the env vars set by Travis and ran tests on BrowserStack Automate. Seems to work fine.
export ROWDY_OPTIONS='{ "client":{ "logger":true }, "server":{ "logger":true } }'
export ROWDY_CHECK=1
export ROWDY_SETTINGS="browserStack.safari-mac"
export BROWSER_STACK_BRANCH=master
npm run install-selenium
npm run check

I've opened up a WIP PR with BS re-enabled -- #35 -- nothing has changed in terms of my credentials in months.
All BS is failing: https://travis-ci.org/FormidableLabs/rowdy/builds/76316987
Everything fails with some variation of:
