因为在执行迁移之前读取了一张配置表，写的时候没注意。
打开app/Providers/AppServiceProvider.php, 在boot方法中注释掉Config::load();:

use Illuminate\Support\ServiceProvider;
class AppServiceProvider extends ServiceProvider
{
public function boot()
{
Config::load(); // 注释掉这一行
}
}
迁移完成之后再把它打开，获取配置就 ok 了
