Option parsing will be enhanced as follows:
Old options -x will just enable the option. No toggling will happen any more. In order to overwrite a preconfigured option it will be possible to add a trailing + or -, e.g -x+ or -x-. + Will turn the option on as -x just does and - will turn the option off.

@christianTF I just created a new branch on top of the current beta code which uses a new option parser supporting the syntax I mentioned before.
I still need to execute some tests but as far I can see it works pretty good. Just give it a try an let me know of any findings.
