It looks like the original intent was to describe what the function was going to be about.
I think removing it all together would leave the step in a place where campers are just asked to create a new function with no clue as to why or what it does.
It would be better to provide some explanation on what they will be doing in the next few steps.
A rewording would be better.
Something like could work
To make the application more accessible, it is important that the play button describes the current song or the first song in the playlist.
Start by creating an empty arrow function called `setPlayButtonAccessibleText`.
I'll open it up for discussion by the other maintainers to hear thoughts on wording.
