I still need the definions, just not always. My workflow is as follows: I watch videos with mpv+mpvacious with autocopy enabled. The subtitles are copied into the Sentence field where I can use a 3rd party translator to translate individual words (faster than in-built lookups from VocabSieve because at this point I'm not looking to create a card but simply understand the sentence).

When I'm happy that the sentence is N+1 and I'm ready to create a card, I would be looking to create a card via VocabSieve. So at this point I'd press Ctrl+D (since my word is already selected) to grab the definition + audio + image and finally create a new card

This PR wouldn't be needed if subtitles in mpv would be interactive (i.e. translate on hover) but I've not found an easy way to do so on Windows :( So using VocabSieve's Sentence field and quick translating on select seems like the best word around
