Persistent map urls (hash) for user and location about community HOT 1 CLOSED

Proposal. As we don’t have a lot of rewriting features available, we should go for a hash-only solution. Maybe something like this:

Location hash, updating on map movement if now user profile popup is visible:
https://friendsofredaxo.github.io/community/#12/43.235/9.762 (zoom, lng, lat)

User hash, when user profile popup becomes visible:
https://friendsofredaxo.github.io/community/#user (user id, which is name of the user data folder)

We shouldn’t use both simultaneously because opening user popups is sort of tight coupled with the current map context and the viewport. So better not override the location when opening user profile popups!
