The reason for hosting the credentials on a website we control is specifically so we can replace the credentials if need be. However, it should be noted that credentials will continue to work for up to 24 hours after deletion due to CDN and propagation stuff on Google's end. No clue how that will effect stuff that's happening as the credentials are deleted, but it's not gonna be easy for me to test.
