We want to stimulate open web design, therefore derivative works, such as templates, are allowed to be created only under the same free license.

I took a look at issue 26 already.
Am I allowed to use this in a commercial website that is itself a final product not to be replicated. e.g. a person's ecommerce website that sells shirts or bread?

@jajourda yes, that is allowed. However, it is not allowed to create a template and sell that template.
