I did not create that video. Netcat (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netcat) is just a command-line tool for making/receiving TCP connections. You'll probably want to take a look at the accompanying blog post (https://artsploit.blogspot.com/2016/01/paypal-rce.html) for anything related to that.
On a side note, please try not to use the github issues for support requests on how to use the tool. This tool was designed for research purposes and intended to be used by the community to help understand these specific types of deserialization vulnerabilities and how to avoid and/or protect against them.
If you are looking for more information on more general application security and tools, I'd recommend a book such as The Web Application Hacker's Handbook and or the OWASP website.
