I think I was somehow able to use the current setup with both F# 3.1 and F# 3.0.
But I agree this is broken - the main thing I'm planning to do is to compile this directly against open-source release of F# 3.1. That should simplify the loading (because there will no longer be any dynamic binding). Currently, it is a bit of a mess.

We have now explicit references to the F# version. Maybe we should switch to the F# NuGet package? But I think this can be closed (@nrolland feel free to comment if this is still not resolved)
