Add extensions for IEnumerator<'t> about fsharpplus HOT 3 CLOSED

Already implemented, but will be happy to rollback if it causes more trouble than functionality.

I added some functions as Extensions, but now the question is whether to add overloads it to the generic functions or not.

The problem is that since Enumerators are stateful and not "clonable" they will fail on all rules.

Particularly on instances of Monad and Applicatives they will not yield the right result as they need to iterate many times over and over.

One good compromise alternative, could be to add instances of Zip-Like-Iterator.

This will eliminate the need to iterate many times. Bind will simply not exists and <*> will iterate only once.
