everything works perfectly fine on my pc but once I run it in windows vps it doesn't work.
have you enabled all intents? ps: if you restart the bot you need to let it resend the verification message otherwise you also might get this issue

that's already enabled
If you ran the verification command and then shut down the bot you need to resend the verify embed if you boot it uo again otherwise you get the issue in the screenshot you sent.
