Thanks! Do not bother making a video, I can get access to macbooks and the issue is apparently pretty well known.

I blindly try to solve it actually. Could you tell me if the fix one sufficient by checking
whether you still expericence the problem on

If it still happens, make sure that you are not using a former version of fattable.js from your browser cache.

Both index and index2 work well. Except now it isn't possible to go back in
history with the swipe (which I think is a fine compromise).

The table takes the full page, but if it is on smaller container, you should be able to go back in history with the swipe not hovering the container.
