I forgot to mention that I'm not sure that is related to operation of removing user, but just informing what we've done that error occured

Hi @pszafer sorry for the long time review, was busy.
The perl crash is probably related to an issue fixed in 2.3.18. Have you still updated the agent to this version ? Eventually can you reproduce the case, update the agent and test again after the update ?

Okay, closing as I'm confident 2.3.18 fixed this case and actually there's even FIA Installer 2.3.19-teclib-rc9 to test.
