Continuous about epub.js HOT 5 CLOSED

Shouldn't be too hard, I'll try to make an example of it in the next week.

The biggest thing is to set

var Book = ePub({ fixedLayout: true });

which will cause the epub to not paginate.

Then you could listen for the scroll events and see when the reader is at the bottom

Book.renderer.iframe.contentWindow.addEventListener('scroll', function() { 
    if(Book.renderer.docEl.scrollHeight == Book.renderer.docEl.scrollTop) {
       Book.nextPage();
    }
}, false);

A major refactoring is taking place in v0.3 branch to enable this. Won't be ready for a while though.
