Looks like there's a good reason for this. In the readme it says:
It performs very well, and the fuzzy matching actually uses Xcode's own IDEOpenQuicklyPattern, however for performance reasons, the first letter of the fuzzy match must start with the same letter of the completion you want.

I just did a quick test of removing the prefix bounding since I haven't actually tried it yet:
- With prefix bounding, match time with empty cache: 70ms~
- Without prefix bounding, match time with empty cache: 140ms
I'd like to have it not require the first letter to be there as well, so I'm looking at ways to improve the speed right now.
